Today’s tour was uplifted by the presence of a child whose enthusiasm for nature and wildlife was contagious. The joy and excitement of seeing the animals up close left everyone feeling delighted with the activity. However, as we neared the end of our journey, just before reaching the cafeteria, the two-year-old in the group became quite vocal, unable to be soothed by their parents. This led to some challenges in delivering the final explanations of the trail. Despite this small disruption, the day was filled with the joys of discovery and an appreciation for the natural world.
