In fact, the only big difference between the two is that the Trimaran has a main hull and two smaller outrigger hulls, while a Catamaran has two hulls. Enjoying a Trimaran Sunset Tour in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica is the same as being on our 49 ft Trimaran which offers plenty of shade and space for a maximum of 30 passengers (or 25 on the sailboat).
Arriving on-board, the well-equipped & friendly team will welcome & greet you with on-board. We spent a fantastic hours on this trimaran sunset tours, with the help of a very kind and professional captain and second officer and friendly crew. The tour wibes were fantastic, we could see many dolphins, whales , the athmosphere were full enjoyment, the sailbot was not crowded.

They knew where to go to see the dolphins and did not fail us 🐬 stopped in a bay some some snorkelling and saw some beautiful fish. The lunch on board was delicious 😋 and hot 👍 the music was very in keeping with the days events and the finale is f the sunset 🌅 was breathtaking. The trimaran trip was beautiful! We did go to an area where we were able to see dolphins! The snorkeling, water slide and roof jump were fun. The crew were very attentive and fun, mixed drinks and dinner were delicious. Would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful sunset sail. Within the first fifteen minutes, we saw 3 humpback whales! Dinner was delicious, many thanks to the chef! Snorkeling left a little more to be desired, but we were able to see some fish and a starfish. Sunset was beautiful. Boat crew were very wonderful and attentive!
Honestly was hoping for a lot, and we got a lot. It absolutely flies by, but it’s a great experience to be sailing on open sea, simply taking it in. Good was good, drinks were great and the activities and great you get were all a good surprise. I really recommend you take this tour, you may not have the luck we had, but you’ll have a good time nonetheless.

Trimaran sunset sails just was the cherry on the top in our Manuel Antonio trip. I don’t know swimming but the guide was very very sweet and calmed me down and took me into the ocean and we just had a great experience snorkeling. Highly highly recommend this trip to anyone and everyone, swimmers or otherwise.
And as an added bonus, we saw a mom and a cub whale during the trip. Unforgettable!

The staff is stellar – checking to make sure your happy, have everything you might possibly need and service is 5 gold stars. Lunch is delicious – freshly prepared and served hot. Yum!
My wife and I had a great time on the ride; the drinks were excellent, the food was very delicious, and the ride was very scenic. It rained the morning of our tour but by the time we got on the water the skies were perfectly clear.
Our boat had a capacity of 40 and there were only 9 of us aboard, very spacious.
Minor did an awesome job checking us in, and even walked us to the hospital Metropolitano upstairs to get information on COVID tests for our return flight to the US, very hospitable!
