This thrilling rainforest 10 in 1 tour with waterfall swimming in Manuel Antonio is an eco-adventure 4×4 safari and rappelling combo in Quepos, Costa Rica. At ADR Adventure Park you will travel down the barrel of a river in a Hummer truck, ride up a very steep mountain, hike via Ferrata overlooking the beautiful scenery, feel the adrenaline rush as you fly through the skies on the Tarzan swing, and then get prepared to be soaked as you rappel and do canyoning through the most spectacular waterfalls.
Private transportation will pick you up at your hotel or private rental home to take you to the Amigos del Rio central office, then you will start your adventure and head on to San Antonio of Damas, where you will take the Hummer to travel down the barrel of a river. After this ride, you will have a 10-minute HIKE through nature trails before arriving at the main quarters. Here your guides will give you all the special equipment and instructions.
Now, let the fun continue and increase as you start hiking VIA FERRATA, which means that you will be walking at the borders of the canyon, attached to the walls by special ropes. While you walk down the canyon of Río Damitas, you will get rid of all your fears as you experience the TARZAN SWING a couple of times, then you will find the first RAPEL, a small one of just 13 meters. From there you will fly over a waterfall in the first CANYONING EXPERIENCE of 35 meters. The next one will make you go “literally” through a waterfall and will let you FREE FALL into a pristine pond! From here you will find a new RAPEL, that leads to a new CANYONING LINE and to a CAVING LADDER which is an ascend of about 6 meters that will get you to ‘La Galería” our natural platform from where you do a mix of RAPEL AND CANYONING LINE from the top of a waterfall (about 60 meters). You will have the adventure of a lifetime, and you will want to come back again and again, guaranteed.
It’s not ideal if you have a severe fear of heights, as rappelling involves descending down waterfalls and cliffs. However, if you’re open to overcoming your fear with guidance, it can be a thrilling experience.
Restroom facilities are generally available at the tour’s starting point, but once you’re out in nature, there might not be any restrooms. It’s a good idea to use the facilities before the tour starts.
Fun and professional company. We used this company for a family of 9 to go rafting and zip lining on two different trips. All of the tour guides, drivers, chefs in the kitchen, photographer, and front desk taking payment were really fun, kind, and professional. The lunch each day was delicious, the tours are very organized, the trips were the adventure we were seeking in Costa Rica.

This was hands‑down my favorite part of our entire trip. We did the 10‑in‑1 experience, which includes zip lining, rappelling, hiking, waterfalls, a Tarzan swing, fresh fruit for a snack, a delicious lunch, and so much more. Every activity was thrilling and incredibly well organized.
The guides were amazing — super friendly, spoke English, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Their energy made the whole experience even better.
The photographer on the tour was phenomenal. The photos captured every moment beautifully and were very reasonably priced, which made it easy to take home memories we’ll treasure.
I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio. It’s unforgettable!!

This is my family’s first trip to Costa Rica and my teenage boys wanted a little more adventure during our vacation. This excursion with zip lining, rappelling and swinging in the jungle was the perfect answer to that request. Franklin and team did a great job making us feel very safe as well as entertained. The tasty lunch at the end was the cherry on top for this great day.
We had the most amazing time!! My husband and I are in our 50’s and the 3 guides were so professional, fun and comical. My face hurt from smiling and laughing through the whole thing. The photographer took amazing photos and I can’t wait to get them!
This is a must do in Manuel Antonio. The guides were so friendly, knowledgeable and funny (a big deal for me) Safety was very important and never took away from the adventure or fun. The scenery was beautiful and the meal afterward is delicious. The photos were beautiful and so reasonable. I’ve zip lined in other countries and have never felt as safe or cared for anywhere else. I cannot recommend this excursion enough. Mykol, Frankie, and William are the absolute best guides.
If you’re on the fence about booking, this is your sign to go for it. Michael, Inook, and the rest of the team were funny, knowledgeable, and professional. You’ll get driven up to the top of the mountain, then you get to rappel, zip line, and hike down. No Spanish required. Definitely the best tour we booked on our trip.
We had a great time on this tour, it’s a beautiful forest and the tour guides are professional and fun. The activities are good for people of all ages and abilities. Its highly recommended and a must do on your trip!
Such a perfect mix of activities with a delicious meal to top it off. The guides were all super friendly and nice! Only thing I caution is the ride to the hike is pretty bumpy so be aware of that, but I definitely wouldn’t let it stop you from booking this activity!

My kids (ages 11, 16 and 16) absolutely loved this! Erlin, Ricardo, Saul, Jaero and Jarcel were excellent guides! My husband rock climbs as a hobby, and was very impressed with the safety measures taken during this tour. Our family would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an adventure!

Antonio, Dani, Ricardo, and Rafael were awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have only zip lined before so the other stuff we had to learn but they made East and fun! I highly recommend great views as well. And the lunch was good shout our to Rafael for cooking.
