Before starting the tour, I noticed that Kevin had two Italian guests who felt more comfortable with Spanish than English. Since most of my group was Spanish-speaking, I coordinated with Kevin and the clients to switch groups. Kevin went solo with the English-speaking guests, and I led the Spanish group. The Spanish family was extremely grateful, and we had excellent chemistry, spotting the sloth sightings they were eager to see.
