My entire family participated in the canopy zipline tour yesterday, and, can I tell you about how fun it was?! Everyone from grandparents to teenage children, we enjoyed ourselves so much! The jokes were flying as much as we were, and they cheered us on as we flew through the treetops! Julia made an amazing Costa Rican lunch afterward that we devoured. I’d highly recommend making this trip into the rainforest. So worth the drive from Dominical!

Zipping through the tree tops, swinging platform to plateform, and even the rappel drops were so much fun. The guys did a great job making it fun, entertaining, and even educational. I consider this a Costa Rica Must Do!!!! The snacks and food were very delicious and represented the local food culture well.

Did this tour at the suggestion of our grown up daughter and her boyfriend. I was initially a bit nervous as I don’t have a daredevil bone in my body but the four of us had a brilliant time. The pick up in the morning was prompt, the journey to the centre beautiful with pauses for Roy to point out things of interest and there was fruit, cold drinks and coffee to greet us. The zip wires were fantastic and Roy and Heiner made the whole thing fun whilst always making us feel we were in the safest of hands. We had a torrential downpour halfway through which made it even more enjoyable. Lovely lunch at the end of the adventure. Thank you all so much.

Daughter, wife, and myself first time zipliner’s. We were extremely fortunate to learn of canopy Safari for our first time experience. The 3-hours in the rainforest was loaded with high energy, adrenaline rushes, playfulness, and fun. The excellent meal at the end finished off the day just right. The guides are extremely relaxed and professional They make you feel as if they have known you for a long time. The entire experience is incredible and my family and I would not hesitate to do it again as soon as possible. Will recommend to all my family and friends traveling to this part of Costa Rica. I was a little apprehensive at first but I am so glad I went. It was amazing. Everything was safe and well orchestrated. Roy, Heiner, Dylan and Diego made my experience rememberable. There were 10 ziplines, suspension bridge, tarzan ropes and much more. When all is done, you get a delicious lunch by Julia, chicken, rice, plantains, etc. Overall I highly recommend. You won’t regret it!

So much fun. The guides were awesome. Made anyone who was nervous feel at ease. I would love to do it again. Awesome experience right from when they picked us up. Ghe scenery on the way was breathtaking. Not to mention on the zipline platforms. At the end the superman/woman line was great. And then there is the butterfly garden wow. To top it off they provided a muy rico tradional lunch. Delicioso 😋

I was very scared to go zip lining, but my family all wanted to go. I decided to be brave and give it a shot. The guides were very professional and entertaining. I felt safe the entire time. We had a blast, and my ten year old immediately wanted to do it again. I highly recommend!

We loved our zipline tour. The guides are super nice and friendly (and speak far better English than I speak Spanish!) The zip lines are fun with a variety of fast, long and short plus bridge walks. We appreciated the delicious meal afterwards too! I highly recommend this tour!

Roy and his team were professional, kind, knowledgeable and safety conscious. They took great care of us from the moment they picked us up from our hotel to the moment they dropped us back off. They quickly identified that we were both first timers and that one of us suffered from vertigo and was very nervous. The gentle humour and great kindness and support meant we all had an amazing experience. We would absolutely recommend Roy and his team to anyone.

We came into this zip line service without really knowing what to expect. This was our first time in CR and many times Google searches don’t turn out exactly how we visioned but Canopy Zip lines exceeded our expectations. Each member of the staff were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable on their areas of expertise and responsibility. We never felt rushed nor overlooked. And first and foremost not only is the equipment in excellent condition, they take pride in assuring each client is safe when suspended a 100 feet about the forest floor. The fresh juice and water and the included meal were the icing on the cake. Even the shuttle to and fro was enjoyable. All in all Canopy Zip Line comes highly recommend. Cheers and enjoy!

My 2 daughters (18 and 21) and I had an absolute blast and cannot recommend this company enough. Any worry I had due to nerves was quickly gone upon seeing how professional the staff was and how assured they made me feel. They did all the hard work so we got to sit back (literally) and enjoy the ride. Lunch was absolutely delicious, the whole experience being in that rainforest was amazing. So so glad we did this. My daughter and two teenage grandkids had a blast zip lining. They were well taken care of by the employees. My son in law and I were “watchers” and where we waited was comfortable and shaded. I would definitely recommend this excursion!

My favorite excursion on our trip. The guides were awesome – patient and helpful with those of us that were nervous while also really fun, energetic and knowledgeable. Lots of variety with the different zip lines and cool views of a river during some. Felt free as a bird! Lunch and butterfly trail was wonderful. Highly recommend!

All of the guys that helped us were amazing. We had 5 kids with us as young as 3 years old. They made sure the kids we’re safe and having a good time. They wanted to go again when we were done and so did we!!! Also the lunch at the restaurant was delicious. It was a great experience would highly recommend to anyone!!

Going into this experience I had no idea we would be able to enjoy so many zip lines. Not only did you get to try 14 zip lines but you did not have to hike up hills for each one. There was a short hike in the beginning where the wonderful guides showed up some of the interesting plants and wildlife we encountered along the way. After the short hike we went from zip line to zip line or platform to platform with minimal walking. It was so much more than I thought it would be and I can not begin to express how amazing each of the guides were. They were so kind and even took the time to learn everyone in our groups name. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and had the best experience they could! The food was fantastic and the tour even included a butterfly garden where we saw snakes and alligators. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The photographer took great photos and videos my family with cherish forever. Great price, great staff, and a must try experience.

We booked the mid-day tour and our guide was Aldo, a very kind and knowledgeable person who has been working in the park for 23 years. He made sure we got to see as many animals as possible, and his skill at picking them out so we can find them was amazing! He was patient with our small but chatty group of six, and he sent us the photos after the tour which he took from his telescope-type camera during the tour.

Be sure to dress properly. It still gets very hot even under the canopy, so active gear/attire is recommended, along with a hat that covers your neck. There is a 15-minute break mid-tour, at the store and shop, which we wished was 30-minutes as it’s barely time to shop and check out.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring a suit and towel! The tour ends at the beach, where you then can do what you want until the park closes. It’s about a 20-minute walk back to the gate and subsequent parking lot, so if you’re meeting a ride back (which does not come with the tour but is available for $5 per person), you need to give yourself that time. We didn’t see a lot of animals, but if you go earlier in the morning, you’ll see more. You’ll enjoy this tour!

We had a group of 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 9-14 years old. We all had a blast! It was my 9-year-old’s first time ziplining, and she was definitely scared, but a smile never left her face (even through a few tears!) The guides kept us safe and they were also a lot of fun and informative. There was a lot of variety in addition to the traditional ziplines. There was a tarzan swing and two ropes that we repelled from, and at the end was the superman zipline. We enjoyed them all! The food at the end was delicious. My only recommendation is to lower the price of the photos. The photographer was great, and we enjoyed watching the pictures and the videos at the end. We would have loved to purchase them but couldn’t justify $220.

Tourist security has been the priority all along the trail.

We had an amazing time!! 10 zip lines, one better than the other one! We took our 7 years old boy and he enjoyed it also, we all felt very safe while excited about the experience!

Guide (Joe) was great. Stopped to see some wildlife on the drive up. Lunch was delicious. Kids enjoyed the zipline and I opted to just walk and watch which was delightful also. Would recommend to someone wanting to zipline.

We had a phenomenal time. I felt safe all while at the same time have an adventure of a life time. It rained by the end but the pouring rain didn’t damper our time. Thank you so much for the great memories! The meal was fantastic too. I’d love to know what was on the chicken! Pura Vida.

I didn’t realize I had such a fear of heights until this trip. The staff was so patient with me and helped with humor. The majority was very fun, for sure. Flying through the rainforest and seeing the birds flying nearby.

The food is absolutely astonishing. And you get to say hi to some crocodiles when you’re done!

If you think you can’t do it, do it. They will make sure you have fun.

This whole operation is top notch! The guides provide a very safe and fun experience, and also share information on natural history and local culture. The food is incredible. The butterfly garden is beautiful. And for the two of us who were on the ground, the guided hike was a worthy experience. We saw and learned a lot, thanks to our kind guide. I highly recommend this high quality experience!

Great adventure! The crew was entertaining, professional and reasuring. Everyone from the driver of the shuttle bus, to the cook and all the guides. They all have been the best. It was great that there was a photographer on side to get the best angles for our favorite souvenirs. What a great way to appreciate this beautiful country. Nature at it’s best. We had the best time doing this tour on our vacation. They were so accommodating and my kids (4 and 7yo) loved every moment. The lunch was the best meal we had on our whole trip. And the butterflies and snakes were a bonus!

This tour was super fun from the moment we got on the bus. The guide was knowledgeable, personable and had a great sense of humor. Three of us did the zipline tour and one did the walking tour. Both were great. The photographer on-site captured great shots of the family. The food was great, serving typical Costa Rican food, fruit, and a variety of different juices. We highly recommend!

This was amazing !! The guides were super hilarious and very experienced! We felt completely safe throughout the tour even though this was our first time zip lining. This is definitely the best zip line I’ve ever done! I’m 11 years old and I did this zip line with my whole family and some friends. They did a good job explaining how to ride it and how far it was. Everyone there was super kind and made sure that everyones questions were answered. I also liked that we didn’t just zip line, we also did miniature hikes, repelling, and a cool hanging bridge.

If you’re a kid, you’re in luck. They kinda tease the kids by making the zip line sway or making them repel faster. Everyone was either laughing or excited-screaming.

The only thing that I have to complain about is the super-man zip line. My younger brother went first on it, so they were explaining the rules while he was getting strapped in. They told us to put our arms out in front of us the entire time, then cross them at the last second. My brother must’ve mis-heard, because he crossed them before they even saID go. By doing this, he would skin his elbows on the launch-pad before he left. They didn’t correct him, so all of us waiting were screaming at him to un-cross his arms. He didn’t listen to us because the guide wasn’t correcting him, so he just kept his arms crossed. When they launched him, he lifted his elbows up a tiny bIt and they just barely didn’t skin the table. They should’ve told him to un-cross his arms, but they weren’t paying attention to anything but his harness, unfortunately. Everything else on the superman was amazing, though!

My family and I had an amazing time. The experience starts with the trip out to the reserve. The guides were very knowledgeable, kind and fun. As one who has been terrified of heights all my life, I can say that they helped me conquer my fear. We always felt safe and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone coming to the Manuel Antonio area. PURA VIDA

If you are visiting Costa Rica, you have to experience this zip line tour! And yes, I said tour-this two hour adventure has plenty to offer-zip lines, Tarzan swings, beautiful scenery, plenty of laughs and you can end with a Superman swing. And, to top it off, you get to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal and savor both the food and the memories you just took in!

I’m an out of shape, overweight, middle-aged woman that is deathly afraid of heights, and I had the most amazing time. Granted, there were a few moments I wondered how they’d get me down if I passed out, but Joe and his crew could not have made me feel more safe and comfortable. Even crazier, Joe actually got me to have FUN. We were in Costa Rica for 17 days, and we did a lot of things…. but the only thing I’d pay to go back and do again is this trip. Drink lots of water beforehand, pay attention to everything Joe says and does, and have an AMAZING time!!

They searched continually for animals and sights to point out to us. The waterfall and suspension bridges were thrilling. This was the highlight of our visit to Manual Antonio!
